The King room had good views. The breakfast included toast, cereals, pastries, cheese, and sausages.- The hotel is in a marvellous and lovely location right on the beach.

Enjoyed this place, it was clean and had very good staff and location. Everyone from the staff was affable. Its location near St Leonards Gardens was fantastic and fab. There were a couple of great restaurants.

The rooms here are newly decorated and high-quality, featuring hypoallergenic pillows, along with excellent services.

The location here is fantastic with easy access to the lively area and Burton St Leonards just a stone's throw away.

The location was central and close to the sea front in Hastings, with bars and restaurants nearby. There was a museum and a theatre within walking distance of the venue.- Breakfast included freshly cooked items like jam, black pudding, and sausages.

Our stay was excellent, greatly enjoyed scrumptious and wonderful breakfasts.

The daily service was attentive. Booked twin room with a lounge, a couch and a dressing table. The selection of yummy toast, cereals, pastries and cheese was a bonus. The staff were very, very nice and understanding and offered guidance. The location was great, for example, Warrior Square was at walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, a museum, and a theater - there is a lot to see. The rooms offer good value for money and the bar area is fabulous. The freshly prepared breakfast includes yoghurt, jam, and veggie sausage and is served in the restaurant.

Early check-in and welcoming service made our stay pleasant. the heated, airy unit with a table and chairs was perfect for us. - We enjoyed the high ceiling in our room. - the marvellous location of the hotel was very convenient for our trip to St Leonards-on-Sea.

The rooms were a good size and very clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even providing rooms with fridges.

It had stunning location with access to Burton st Leonards nearby.

The king room had a magnificent view over the sea which I had requested in advance. The facilities included a separate lounge and storage, which were great.- The location was marvellous and lovely, especially in the Piano Bar.

Typical English breakfast, unfortunately without any variety. Super romantic hotel with unique ambience. Highly recommended

I loved this charming hotel. The location is great, with beautiful gardens nearby and a lovely seafront for a walk to Hastings. The property is conveniently located just 3 miles from a pleasure pier.

Were on motorcycles. Friendly reception, parking right outside the entrance. You're lucky. Hotel and town are getting on in years. Room/WC but nice, big and clean. View directly to the sea. Way to the center far. Nearer to the beach possibility to eat. Breakfast in the hotel in the restaurant with sea view in buffet form. Good and all there. Ambience compared to a B&B nice, price ok. Thinking that you can also eat well in the hotel in the evening. Would stay here again.
